APEX Training Methodology
APEX is using the modern training methodologies and continuously updates its methods. Our methodology includes course presentation, audio visual aids, assessment test in between topics, pre-test & post test, interactive/participatory discussion, group projects, case studies, practical workshops, and reports. These methodologies are designed in a manner helpful to the participants, topic essential, that can easily promote the development of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values.
Part of APEX methodology is to seek feedbacks from the participants to know if their intended learning outcomes have been met and to help in planning follow-up training. APEX designs its training methods based in the intended training outcome thus promotes healthier and conducive learning
